Niall McGuirk is a zinester from Dublin, Ireland.

React was a freesheet, released between 1990 and 1997, whose aim was to publicise DIY independednt punk concerts, as well as the music and zine scenes, in Dublin during that time.

After this zine, Niall created the [[Veganism|vegan cookbook and documentary book of the Dublin punk scene entitled Document - A Story of Hope. It was released in the U.S. as Please Feed Me: A Vegan Cookbok.
