Nathan Wade Carter lives in Portland, Oregon where he makes zines, art, and music.

Carter writes the mail zine Will You Marry Me _____? as well as Help, Please Keep Sharing, Merman, Daydreams, and Bunny. He has tabled at the Portland Zine Symposium 2007, '08, '10 & '11, as well as the San Francisco Alternative Press Expo 2007 & '09.

His newest zine, Help, was debuted at the Portland Zine Symposium 2011. It is comprised of drawings, paintings, and comics from the sketchbook he created for the Sketchbook Project 2011.

He keeps a blog sharing drawings, poems, inspirations, ideas & miscellany.

Carter is currently participating in The Sketchbook Project 2012. He plays music under the name Purrbot.
