At the same time Nan Gerding was also releasing other zines. In 1954 she edited the first issue of [[Spectator]], which was then turned over to other editors. Later in the decade, two issues of [[Nangel]] appeared; the first in February 1958 and the second in May 1959. This zine is in the Fanzine Collection at Temple University Libraries.

Nan Gerding also released a series of fanzine whose titles played with variations of her name. [[Nandidn't]] appeared in January of 1954, followed by [[Nandu]], of which 9 issues were released, form March of 1954 till July of 1956. Two issues of [[Nangel]] followed this series; the first in February 1958 and the second in May 1959. In the summer of 1959, she released [[Nandu]].

Nan Gerding was a writer, poet and fanzine editor.

Beginning with the onset of the 1950s she began working on fanzines.
