Mutate Zine was a zine by Milo Miller.

Mutate Zine was published from 1999 till 2006, in which time ten issues appeared. The zine was devoted to queer punk and pop culture. There are occasional interviews with bands such as issue three's interview with Pansy Division and God-Ess in issue 9.

Two of his pieces from Mutate Zine appeared in the annual Zine Yearbook, issue 8, in 2004.
