Multnomah County Library is the public library serving the cities of Portland, Gresham, and Fairview, and unincorporated areas of Multnomah County, Oregon. The library has been working to include zines in its events, in outreach, and in the library's collections since 2004.

The library is preparing its new zine collection, which will be housed at the Central Library and five neighborhood libraries (Hollywood, Midland, North Portland, Northwest, and Sellwood-Moreland). Library users will be able to check zines out, and zines are already starting to appear in the library's catalog. The collection is scheduled to be available by January 2007.

Multnomah County Library also has an annual series of zine readings, called Zinesters Talking, every fall.
