Meeper Blue was a science fiction fanzine published by George Paczolt, Jr.

Released in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., in the 1970s, Meeper Blue was a quarterly mimeographed fanzine.

Issue 10 appeared in Spring 1978, and issue 12 in Fall 1978.

Artwork was contributed by Sally Fink, among others.

Carol Kennedy, reviewing for Rune #54 from November 1978 , writes, "Genzine, quarterly I think, mimeo, offset covers. I like the art, the layout, most of the writing, and -- bless you -- the BLUE paper. #12 obtains some interesting letters on the Markstein/Ellison fussin' and feudin'."

In the 1980s, George Paczolt and Sally Fink co-edited the fanzine Costumapa.
