Maverick was a science fiction fanzine by Jenny Glover.

Maverick was published in Leeds, in the UK. The first issue was released in March 1987, and Jenny Glover published 13 issues in total, the last issue appeared in March 1995.

Contributors of articles included Pat Foster, writing about a trip to Soviet Russia in issue 4; Dave Langford (Ansible), and Walt Willis (Hyphen), writing about their first encounter with Science Fiction in issue 6, among others.

Contributions of poetry came from Cardinal Cox, Pat Foster, and Steve Sneyd (Data Dump).

Letters came from Ethel Lindsay (Scottishe), among others.
