Libelo is a 'zine based out in Humacao, Puerto Rico primordialy edited by Lola Pistola borned Arvelisse Bonilla. It's full of contributions from friends and from the editor herself, articles are written in spanish as well in english. Released in June the 23rd, it included the performance of local bands. Libelo [1] at this point only has one edition, but the second edition is due soon.
