Joe Smith is the publisher of the zine The Die and founder of Red Roach Press and Manual Publishing. He lives in College Park, MD.
He is a founding member of the Underground Literary Alliance and has written for zines such as Zine World: A Reader's Guide to the Underground Press. Joe Smith is a former member of the punk rock band Snapcase.
