Jess Meoni is a graphic designer, writer, festival coordinator, and zine editor from Scranton, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
She is the creator of Ruthless Zine (2008-2010, 2014-present), an art, music and activism zine based out of downtown Scranton. She is also the creator of Razzle Dazzle Zine, as well as other side projects. Jess Meoni is also the founder and creator of the annual [[Scranton Zine Fest]] (2010-present) which takes sign-ups as early as September for the event to take place in June every year.
