Jessica Meoni is a graphic designer, writer, festival coordinator, and zine editor from Scranton, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
Jessica Meoni is the creator of Ruthless Zine (2008-2010), an art, music and activism zine based out of downtown Scranton. She is also the creator of Razzle Dazzle (2011-present), a "top ten" music guide. She is also the founder of Scranton Zine Fest which takes sign-ups as early as September for the event to take place in June every year. You can register at [1].
