Jeffrey Bennington Grindley is a multi-interest human who loves most things creative. Born in Las Vegas NV he(I) has facilitated and co-hosted several open mic spoken word events over the last ten years. Jeff has self-published three poetry zines "Empty Letters", "Memories Slip Through the Cracks" & "Black Tape". Other zine related projects include a 2009 24-zine for International Zine Month (IZM) called "Sticky Hands Heavy Lids" as well as an appropriated text mini called "compulsion". Recently (July 2010) he (I) founded and opened the Las Vegas Zine Library located inside of the Emergency Arts Center (520 Fremont)in Las Vegas Nv. Other interests have included Jesus, Love, photography, friends, doodling, music makin', event throwin', philanthropy, and skateboarding. Speaking in third person has become second nature to jeff thanks to shameless self promotion techniques learned over the years.....still thinks it's mighty strange. LVZINELIBRARY
