It's Not the End of the World is a 2008 zine "about carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and how to keep yr job from ruining yr life" by Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. resident Ocean Capewell.

Subtitled "Building a life with limp wrists," the zine starts off with Ocean's personal experience with wrist pain and weakness. She goes on to describe common symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and includes stretching exercises to help manage pain. The emphasis is on self diagnosis and treatment for those who work at manual jobs (e.g. pizza delivery person, dishwasher, or cashier) and those who don't have health insurance.
