Hitch has been published since 1994 by Rod Lott from Oklahoma City, OK.

The subtitle of Hitch is: "The Journal of Pop Culture Absurdity". Rod describes the zine on his website: "It is fun. It is funny. It’s kind of like Spy meets Entertainment Weekly, by way of Psychotronic." Each issue of Hitch takes on pop culture in a very funny and critical way.
