Bold textHerbie MeyerBold text is a young boy from Howard, OH who has created a zine with the help of his father Christoph Meyer. Herbie is a Kindergarten student at Wiggin Street Elementary in Gambier, OH. He had been interested in zines for several years, watching his Papa write, copy, embelish and assemble his zine, 28 Pages Lovingly Bound with Twine. Finally, Herbie has had the opportunity to create his own zine.
The title of Herbie's zine is Mean Zine Submarine. It contains pictures drawn by Herbie, and stories dictated by Herbie and typed out by Christoph. Herbie also collaborated with Christoph on a comic called Molly the Popsicle. More information about these publications can be found at twineman.com.
