Handshake is a newsletter for Science Fiction poets published by John Francis Haines.

Handshake is published at irregular intervals in Warrington, England, UK. It is the news sheet of the Eight Hand Gang, It is created in cut and paste style, and xeroxed. One side features news, and the other genre poems. At least 66 issues appeared.

Contributors have included Bruce Boston, Andrew Darlington (Ludd's Mill), Elaine Day, John Light, Giovanni Malito, Eric Ratcliffe, Geoff Stevens, and many others.
