Global Mail, The Hole to the Underground, was the quarterly zine for those who loved mail art.

It was conceived of and started by editor Ashley Parker Owens, who also wrote the zines Technical Tips for Zine Making and Clean Restrooms This Exit. After she left, Michael Dittman, editor of the zines Curriculum Vitae and Hopemonger stepped in to perform editing duties.
