The term "ghost car" comes from the adventures Pranas had traveling back from Fluke 2006 with Jon Chadurjian and David Yoder that involved driving down the backwater roads of Georgia at night by turning off the car's headlights and turning on the domelights creating what is sometimes refered to as a ghost car.
