Started in 2005 when the author was in High School, Issue #1 features a brief but telling reflection on adolescent experiences thru the lens of a newly actualized teenage feminist. Dirty Napkin, a small distro formed through Livejournal, featured the zine which allowed the author to share her work globally. Issue #2 is expected late 2013 & will be a 1/4 sized recap of the 7 years since Issue #1.

Germfree Adolescents is the first perzine created by Nina Lopez from the South Bay, California. Started in 2005 when the author was in High School, Issue #1 features a brief but telling reflection on adolescent experiences thru the lens of a newly actualized teenage feminist. Dirty Napkin, a small distro formed through Livejournal, featured the zine, which allowed the author to share her work globally. Issue #2 is expected late 2013 & will be a 1/4 sized recap of the 7 years since Issue #1.
