Frank Wu is a Bay Area-based Fan Artist who has twice won the Hugo Award for Best Fan Artist.

Frank Wu's art has appeared in a number of zines including The Drink Tank, In A Prior Lifetime, Nth Degree, Challenger, Emerald City and L*I*S*P*. He was also the primary artist for Chris Garcia's Chris For TAFF race zine PrintZine.
