Feeling Worthless?

FEELING WOTHLESS is a mini zine by L.B. Lee aka Loony-Brain from Boston, USA.

This zine was created after the author underwent a dangerous dissociative episode. It is a simple, easy to reproduce, black-and-white worksheet (onepager) to whip out of the wallet for some urgent self-care practice at times of crisis.
