Fantascience Digest was a science fiction fanzine edited by Robert Madle and published by Comet Publications in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

The Art Director was Jack Agnew and Associate Editors were John V. Baltadonis and Willis Conover Jr. (Science-Fantasy Correspondent)

Issue 1 was released in Dec. 1937 and includes contributions by the editors and J. Harvey Haggard, J. Francis Hatch, Raymond Van Houten (Tesseract), Henry Kuttner, Robert Lowndes, and Milton A. Rothman (Fantasy Fiction Telegram). Cover art was by Jack Agnew and John Guinta (Cosmic Tales)

No. 2 appeared in Feb. 1938 and featured the editors with David H. Keller, John Chapman Miske (Scienti-Snaps), Milton A. Rothman, James V. Taurasi (Cosmic Tales) with Oswald Train (Fantasy Fiction Telegram), and Donald Wollheim (The Phantagraph).

No. 3, from March-April 1938 featured the editors with Sam Moskowitz (Helios), Jack Speer, William Sykora, and cover art by John Giunta.

No. 4 arrived in May-June 1938 with contributions by the editors with Jack Cadrell, Helen Cloukey, Edward Dale, Nils Helmer Frome (Supramundane Stories), George E. Hahn, Dale Hart, Henry Kuttner, Jack Speer, and Percy T. Wilkinson. Illustrations were by Agnew, Jack Cadrell, and Milton Rothman.

No. 5, of July-August 1938, featured the editors with Helen Cloukey, John Chapman Miske, Mark Reinsberg, Jack Speer, Percy T. Wilkinson, and Richard Wilson, Jr. Jack Agnew and Milton Rothman contributed the cover art.

For No. 6 of Sept.-Oct. 1938 the editors were joined by John W. Campbell, Helen Cloukey, Literio B. Farsaci (The Golden Atom), Dale Hart, Mark Reinsberg, and E.E. Doc Smith; cover art by Jack Agnew with Milton Rothman.

Vol 2 No. 1, Nov.-Dec. 1938 featured cover art by John Giunta, with illustrations by Milton Rothman, and writing by Robert Bahr, Duclar Champagne, Helen Cloukey, Edward Dale, Henry Kuttner, Sam Moskowitz, Mark Reinberg, Jack Speer, Harry Warner, Jr. (Spaceways), and Thomas Whiteside.

Vol. 2 No. 2 of Jan.-Feb. of 1939 featured the editors with Helen Cloukey, Paul Dennis, Cyril Hand, Sam Moskowitz, Frederik Pohl (The International Observer of Science and Science Fiction), Mark Reinsberg, Milton Rothman, Robert G. Thompson, Oswald Train, and Harry Warner, Jr.

Vol. 3, No. 1 appearing in Jan.-Feb. 1940 with the editors and E.E. Campbell, Jr., Ralph Milne Farley, Fred W. Fischer (The Southern Star), Lee Gregor, Charles Hornig (The Fantasy Fan), Frederic Arnold Kummer, Milton Rothman, Sam Moskowitz, A.M. Phillips, Harry Warner, Jr., and R.R. Winterbotham.
