Fan Artisan was a science fiction fanzine published by Jerri Bullock and Russ Manning in the U.S.A..

Both editors were contributors of art work to many other fanzines. In 1948 they combined forces to publish Fan Artisan.

Fan Artisan featured art work by both of the editors.

Jerri Bullock had previously contributed cover art to Loki; Russ Manning had been featured in The Fanscient, Fantasy Advertiser, Science Fantasy and Science Fiction and Scientifantasy. Manning went on to do the art work for comics, including Del Comics, and returned to sf with "Magnus, Robot Fighter 4000 A.D." After this, he did the Tarzan daily comic strip for Untied Features Syndicate. His last work was on the "Star Wars" comic.
