Eyelinerdiner is edited by Marissa Phillips.

The name of the zine was inspired by the song titled "All the Way to the Blood Bank" by Blaster the Rocketman.

The first issue was published in early July, 2007. It features primarily short fiction and personal accounts (some localized to Wilkes-Barre, PA). Each issue has some sort of add-on. The first issue comes packaged with a compilation CD and an interview with one of the bands.

Eyelinerdiner features a variety of content, but tends to include a good deal of subculture humor and self-parodying nostalgia.

The zine is currently being distributed directly from the editor.
