Epitaph was a weird and macabre literature zine published by Tom Piccirilli.

Epitaph ran four issues from 1996 to 1997.

Fiction came from Gerard Daniel Houarner, Michael Laimo, Thomas Wiloch, and others.

Poets included Linda D. Addison, Mike Allen (Mythic Delirium), Tippi N. Blevins, Donna Taylor Burgess (The Blue Lady), Corrine De Winter, James S. Dorr, Lawrence Greenberg, Jonathan Harrington, Diane Jackson, T. Jackson King, Wendy Rathbone, Michelle Scalise, Shauna Skye, and G. Warlock Vance.

The first issue also contained interviews with Jack Ketchum and Edward Lee. The second issue featured an interview with Richard Laymon. And the final issue interviewed Melanie Tem.

Cover artwork was contributed by Eric M. Turnmire for issues #3 and #4. Interior artwork was provided by Allen Koszowski, and others.
