Edwina Harvey is a zine editor and writer from Australia.

Edwina was born in Sydney, Australia, and now works in the library at the University of New South Wales.

She began contributing fan fiction, articles and poetry to fanzines in the late 1970s, contributing to Beyond Antares, and Chronicles by Susan Smith-Clarke.

Edwina Harvey began co-publishing The Australian Science Fiction Bullsheet in 2002. It was originally published by Marc Ortlieb from 1995 to 2002 as a newszine for the Australian National Science Fiction Association. In 2002 Ortlieb handed over the editorship to the team of Edwina Harvey and Ted Scribner, who produced it till 2010, publishing 101 issues. It was relaunched in February 2011, by Wendy Palmer.

The Australian Science Fiction Bullsheet won the Ditmar Award for Best Fanzine twice, in 2004 and 2005, under the editorship of Edwina Harvey and Ted Scribner.
