Dwayne Dixon was the writer of the zines Astronaut Etiquette and It Goes Dark Early Now, My Lover, a literary and art zine. He also contributed to the compzine How to Stage a Coup. He donated his zine collection, which primarily consisted of zines by people-of-color, punk kids, and teens to the Sallie Bingham Center... at Duke University.
