Duct Tape & Rouge is a free magazine created in Los Angeles, California and edited by Rick Paulas and Tara Rubano. It's focus is comedy, and contains essays, short fiction, comic strips, horoscopes and a variety of movie, comedy show, and bar reviews. Each front cover is a different original painting by a local artist. [1] The first issue was created in April 2006, and each issue is usually around 50 total pages. It is text-heavy, with artwork sproadically inserted throughout.

The publication also has a web version, that contains all of the articles located in the print version.
