Doug Holland published the zine Pathetic Life and founded Zine World: A Reader's Guide to the Underground Press, which he edited until 2000. Holland (a pseudonym, real name unknown) was originally from Seattle, moving to San Francisco in the late 80s or early 90s. In 2000, Holland left San Francisco and stopped publishing zines; his current whereabouts are unknown.
