David Palmer is the founder and developer of DIY Search.

He originally started by publishing zines in 1988 with a small two issue run fanzine called Empty Words. His next publication was Upstate Zine, a popular hardcore punk/straight edge zine chronicalling the goings on of the Syracuse New York hardcore scene.
