Brontez Purnell is a zinester, writer, dancer and musician, who now lives in California.

Brontez was originally from Triana, Alabama, then moving to Huntsville, Alabama, and then to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he released Schlepp Fanzine while still living at home.
