The Brickbat Revue was established in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. as a 13-by-19-inch broadsheet in 2006 by Randall Fleming neé Rev. Randall Tin-Ear and Teka Lark.

Randall Fleming was the publisher of the zine Angry Thoreauan.
