Bottles on the Sill is a zine library and distro run by Jessica Bublitz.
The distro started as a lending library in Winter 2003 in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. It eventually grew to become a distro of zines, comics, and handmade crafts, and moved to the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.
While business is done primarily in person at zine events, they can now also be ordered by mail. A full catalog and contact information can be found at on the Wordpress site.
