Billy Loop (aka Billy Roberts) is a spiffy young gent. He is the curator of the oft-mentioned Loop Distro. Loop Distro is one of the pre-emminent zine distribution corporations of Chicago. Billy is known to dress in a bunny suit and wear large diamond encrusted golden bling in the shape of a dollar sign. $. yeah, he's that good.
