Asha Anderson is poet, artist, photographer, writer and founder of SkyRiver Press. Originally SkyRiver consisted of three letterpresses which she taught herself to use but, after a few years, she sold them and moved to desktop publishing. At that point, she wrote and published the perzines Reddog Review and Ghostwriter, designed and ran the website ashabot.com and collaborated on other poetry, theater and performance projects including late night radio shows. She was also a regular member of the Usenet group alt.zines participating in the ongoing discussions and battles there. These days her main online sites are Language Barrier, an ongoing narrative from wherever on whatever, and Anna Sadhorse a repository of her poetry. Her main photo site is ashabot at Flickr. These days she mostly travels, writes, takes a lot of photos and reads at open mic venues whenever possible, whether in or out of the country.
