The Anchor Archive Regional Zine Project was founded by Sonia Edworthy and Sarah Evans in July of 2005 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The zine project and library houses a zine collection, hosts zine readings, workshops, zine shows, movies and other events. It's part of a larger space called the Roberts Street Social Centre, which includes a screen printing studio, the People's Photocopier, and an artist/zine-maker residency program. The Centre is open to the public Sundays from 2-5pm and Tuesdays from 6-9pm.
