Alex McClelland is a zine editor and artist from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

In the late 1990s, Alex produced Demon Seed, a zine about living with HIV. It was called an "Inventive and raw document about the travails of being HIV positive today" by Broken Pencil. Alex has also contributed to a number of different zines.

Alex is also a DJ and performer, and has appeared films and videos, including The Hidden Cameras video, "I Believe In The Good of Life". His main focus, however, is in AIDS activism, education and research, and he has won the Ontario Leadership award for his work in this capacity, such as speaking to the UN about discrimination against persons with HIV, developing websites and other projects, and working with Positive Youth Outreach since 1998.
