He is best known for the personal zine Burn Collector, now in its 13th issue, as well writing columns for HeartattaCk and Punk Planet. He also plays bass in the band Milemarker and sings and plays guitar in the band Challenger. More recently Al has published two issues of a travel zine called Natural Disasters.
