Kiron III was a media science fiction fanzine series published by Ian McLean and Orange Eye Press.

Kiron III, Sons of Kiron III, Klingons over Kiron III and Kiron III & Katra present Androidz were published in Lakemba, New South Wales, Australia, from 1989-1992, and were devoted to the television series and films, Star Trek: The Next Generation.

The first issue, Kiron III, appeared in 1989. It featured art work by Lana Brown, Sue Campbell and Ian McLean, among others. Contributors of writing included Belinda Holdsworth, Karen Irving, Ian McLean and Linda Whiley, among others.

Issue 2, Sons of Kiron III, was released in 1991. It featured art work by Glenn Ford, Karen Irving, and Diana Sheridan, among others. Contributors of writing included Sue Isle and Ian McLean, among others.

Issue 3, Klingons over Kiron III, also appeared in 1991. It featured art work by Paul Beck, Karen Irving, Maria Letters, and Andrew McGee, among others. Contributors of writing included Sue Isle and Ian McLean, among others.

Issue 4 was a special issue titled Kiron III & Katra present Androidz. It was published in 1992, and was edited by Ian McLean and Chie-Hoon Lee in Australia and Lana Brown in New Zealand. Contributions of art work came from art by Paul Beck, Tanya Dean, John Fallon, Lynn Henricks, Kira Lototsky, Andrew McGee, Ian McLean, Jenni Pedron, Melody Rondeau, and Jason Towers. Contributions of writing were by Tanya Dean, Sue Isle, Chie-Hoon Lee, Ian McLean, Hazel Nair, Erin Pennington, Tony Salieri, and Bryan Steele. Also included were interviews with Leonard John Crofoot, Tony Harvey, and David Whitney.

Sons of Kiron III is included in the Susan Smith-Clarke Fanzine Collection at The National Library of Australia.
