Melayne Seitoung (real name: Samuel Etienne, b. 1971) is a French zinester publishing fanzines since 1985. Most of his zines focused on popular music (rock, punk, electronic music), but a few were dedicated to French literature. In April-June 2016, he was the curator of DIY zine exhibition at the FRAC (Fonds Régional d'Art Contemporain) Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur in Marseille, France. As an artist he has proposed several installations (zinewall) based on DIY zines: Saint-Malo Public Library (Jan. 17), Mondeville Public Libray (Apr. 17), Printemps de Bourges Festival (Apr. 17), Bobital Festival (Jun. 17), Le 106 Rouen (Nov. 17), L'Echonova Vannes (Mar. 18).
